Making a Monster

Confession: I have a very hard time wasting time. Perhaps The Phantom Tollbooth left a deeper impression than was intended. I actually find myself incapable of sitting still and watching a television show without doing something – anything. That’s how I picked up knitting.

I’ve been at it for about 5 years now – since just before becoming pregnant with my first of three children. I enjoy it, and for the most part have been following the many patterns available on Ravelry.com.

For my next project, I’m going to try something different. I am going to try to create this guy, drawn by my son. I will post the pattern if it turns out halfway decent.
